Madeira casks impart a distinctive dried-fruit and caramel character that works beautifully against Kilchoman’s young, vibrant peat. Bottled non-chill-filtered at natural colour.
Tasting notes
- Nose: raisins, toffee, sea salt and peat smoke.
- Palate: nutty dried fruit, smoke, brown sugar and citrus.
- Finish: long, sweet and smoky.
